Nonverbal Club is a design studio based in Porto dedicated to the ways language is made visible. Working closely together with artists, architects, curators, editors, publishers and institutions, we research, develop and celebrate projects and commissions as dialogues between content and materiality, craft and technology, meaning and form, history and the future.
Books, exhibitions, identities, campaigns and websites set the field for these conversations to unfold, first resourcing to a thorough and methodic investigation into content, that is later shaped by a passionate and careful use of typography and its articulation with images.
Recent collaborations include Teatro do Bairro Alto in Lisbon, Culturgest, and the Center for Architecture and Urbanism studies at the Architecture University of Porto.
